The preparatory meeting of 2011 International Conference on Smart Grid and Clean Energy Technologies (ICSCET) was held in Chengdu on 20 May, 2010. The Conference Chair Prof. Danny Sutanto (please click here to go to the introduction of Prof. Sutanto), the Conference Publicity Chair Dr. Xie, who is the Director of International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT) Chengdu Section, Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Electronic Science and Technology (JEST) Prof. Zhou, Executive Editor-in-Chief of JEST Prof. Kang, the Director of Center of Applied Superconductivity and Electrical Engineering Prof. Jin, and some related people participated in this preparatory meeting.

The name of the Conference was preliminarily determined as 2011 International Conference on Smart Grid and Clean Energy Technologies (ICSCET). The Conference will be held on September 27-30, 2011 in Chengdu, sponsored by IACSIT and JEST, technically co-sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), China Energy Association (CEA), and University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), as primary plan. The short name of the Conference, the candidates of some Conference Organizing Committee members and Keynote Speakers, the Conference Preparation Schedule, and a serial of involved details were discussed and decided preliminarily one by one on the preparatory meeting.
